We ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada using a combination of trusted couriers and postal services to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and local customs processing. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service.
Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are determined by the destination country's regulations.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities upon delivery.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing. Refused or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay customs duties, a refund (excluding shipping fees) may be issued at our discretion. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned then they will need to pay shipping costs again to have the order sent out again.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returned / Refused Shipments
If a package is refused at delivery, unclaimed at customs, or returned to us, the following will apply:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any return shipping costs or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
- If the order shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
- Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged to us by the carrier will also be deducted.
- Final sale items are not eligible for refund or credit.
- If you would like the order reshipped, new shipping charges will apply.
